YOUR TASKS
- Responsibility for material planning and monitoring material availability
- Supporting suppliers in day-to-day operations
- Dispatch of orders, taking into account the best possible ordering behavior
- Managing active material numbers and processing missing partslists
- Checking and processing inventories and carrying out inventoriesof materials provided by suppliers
- Regular internal coordination with the production, quality, logistics, internal sales and design departments
- Monitoring delivery dates and initiating necessary counter measures in the event of delivery bottlenecks
YOUR QUALIFICATION
- Commercial vocational training (e.g. industrial clerk)
- Relevant professional experience in materials planning/procurement
- Very good knowledge of English
- Good knowledge of SAP and Excel
- Ability to work independently and show initiative
- Flexibility and organizational skills
- Very good communication skills
